Vendor Fair Details

  • The event is from 10a – 5p
  • You can only use the specified “unloading areas” to unload your booth materials from 7:30a – 9:30a ONLY–No Exceptions, please do not come earlier as we need to layout the booth markers
  • Be courteous and quick in unloading and moving your vehicle to a parking area, as your Fair colleagues are also trying to do the same

Can you believe it is less than 11 days to the Fair!
Here is some important information regarding the Event.

1) Please help us get the word out on Facebook: Facebook/BestPsychicFair

  • One simple way is to SHARE the Event. This will help both us and you get more exposure.
  • We also invite you to place a picture of yourself or your product on our Event Page, too!

2) View your information on our site to ensure its accuracy, as well as to let your clients know your spot location: BestPsychicFair.com
3) Remember this is an outdoor event and we strongly advise you use a 10 x 10 tent.
4) You must supply your own tables and chairs.
If you need us to supply a table and two chairs for you, you must reserve them in advance with us. The cost for a one-6’ table and two chairs is $40. If you have not already reserved these, and need to do so, we must receive your payment for them by 5pm on Tuesday, September 6 (requests after that will not be able to be fulfilled).
